Questions, corrections, or feedback about the guides and references published here are welcome. The fastest way to reach the editorial team behind this site is through the on-site community features: open the discussion thread attached to any article, or use the community report option to flag a factual error, a broken link, or a moderation issue.
What to include in your message
Reports that help us most say exactly which page the issue is on, what looks wrong, and what you saw instead. If you are correcting a fact, include where you verified the right version - a primary source such as an official announcement, a database entry, or the live service itself makes it much easier to confirm the fix quickly.
Response times
Every report is read, and corrections to factual errors are published as soon as they are verified. Because the site is run by a small editorial team, replies to general questions can take a few days; factual corrections and accessibility problems are handled first.
What we cannot do
This site is an independent informational reference about the ThisIsNotAWebSiteDotCom interactive terminal ARG created by Alex Hirsch alongside The Book of Bill, and the team cannot help with account issues, passwords, or service problems on other websites and apps. For matters tied to the official service or to Alex Hirsch's ThisIsNotAWebSiteDotCom interactive terminal ARG, please use their own official support channels. Please do not include private personal details in your reports - only the information needed to describe the issue.
